I went online today to create my typical charge card cost to JC Penney. Which was the very first I understood that Penney had changed my online payment day, shifted it back to Dec (my 2nd Dec cost) and fined me $35 since my payment date have been transformed.

I spoke to 3 people in Cust. Support & eventually discovered one that offered a about clients. She stated they did not inform people who spend online since it was "too costly." I shut out my consideration and terminated an order... But I am still burned up! This is the way merchants are producing $ in an undesirable economy — by getting huge rates of interest on bank cards and penalizing clients for "overdue Funds" by altering the deadline without notice.
