GE Money Bank They just raised the apr int on my Penney's cc to 23.99%. This is a ripoff, May they go bankrupt. Country wide

J C Penney's outrages credit card interest rates. Just received notice today that they were raising my apr to 23.99%. This is with outstanding credit, never paying them late, and paying balances off quickly. My wife, and I will not shop any longer in any of the J C Penney's stores. These corp's are ripping the the people off, may Penney's go broke and liquidate.
