Call your credit card company to dispute this company's charges and they will refund your money for this company's scam practices/charges. They will also send you paper work to fill out and return.
Also make a complaint with the better business bureau.
Another thing you, and others can do for real peace of mind, is simply call your credit card company and say that you lost your credit card. They will create a new number for your account and you can rest assure no charges will be made again.
Consumers need to stand up for their rights.
