There is an ad on the television about getting a "free credit report". The ad said that it is free to you. When you go to you put in the information about your credit card onto their website. They say the site is safe to use. But what is not mentioned on the website is that they will charge you credit card for the information. The only thing free is to that you give your credit card information.
I called the phone number (1-877-481-6825) that appeared on my credit card statement. The person on the other end promised me that she would cancel the order. Now I look at the statement for September and there is another charge from this company.
So now I have two charges of $12.95 each ($25.90) given to this company. I do not use this company for my credit report. I can see my statement from the credit card company, that's my credit report. I will never use again. They just use these words to rip people off. They should be shut down and put out of business. Their ads should be taken off the television.
My best advise is to just not use this company, use your credit card statement. I will fill a report with the Better Business Bureau.
