1st computer - not what we ordered & had wrong windows xp programing on 9-14-03.
2nd computer was no what we ordered, still wrong programing.
3rd computer was factory loaded with bugs & glitches, wrong programing again.
4th computer was identical to the above and would not run right.
Dell tech "could not - would not" get it to run right.
5th & last unit was the same - got mad & sent the complete pkg back to them on 10-7-04
"now" dell financial is saying that we have a credit of $1,888.00. B u t, we still have a balance of $1,252.00??
It does not require a college educated degree to see that things are not "adding" up right here.
Dell customer service has blocked our e-mail messages and "n o b o d y" @ dell will answer the e-mails that { d i d } get thru to them.
We have filed a complaint with the kansas attorney generals office and encluded copies of "a l l" e-mail correspondence from orginal purchase date with it.
