They say there are developer company; and before they start work they will tell you that all is possible (professional liars) and they will changer you 25% of total agreed amount (aprox: 2000 USD) and it will be aprox: 500 USD: after they complete HTML they will ask you for 25% more even if you say that this HTML is not done well they will tell you they will correct during the raw coding and that you don't have right to learn them their job; so they will push you in every way to pay second part 25% again 500 USD ; after you pay they will tell you just relax and wait we finish; of course it will never happen; Between this time they will push you to order more projects and to take from you new 25%. When you are ordering usually they will tell you delivery time 25 day or max 30 days price is always similar 1900; 2000; 2100 how ever big project you have that is not important.
They will tell you that they are in top 3 companies in India for developing. Result is that they don't even know to done HTML conversion from PSD

i have sent mail to him because i have sent money to his Paypal account ; of course he doesn't answer. I have found that he is working also in some energy company. Question: why he is working in other company when his developer company is one of top 3 Indian and they have 200 employed / HEHHEEHEHEH

They are scam and can not work more even on pure scam freelancer site i have much more proofs but i think it is enough to write any name on this site and people will see and know
So that is my story Is not something so special; they fraud me for 1200 USD it is again not so big; just the way they use i don't like. I have been fraud many time from some India companies like eclipsetechno Eclipse Technology solutions
