P Address shows that he located and working from India with his I. P Address. Owner Vijay Chakravarthy's is using Phone Number: 1-714-516-8845 which is based out of Los Angeles California it's easy to do so because all he is using is Magic Jack if you have heard of Magic Jack you can use it from anywhere in the World and Can easily fool people that you are based out USA.
