When you are ordering usually they will tell you delivery time 25 day or max 30 days price is always similar 1900; 2000; 2100 how ever big project you have that is not important.
They will tell you that they are in top 3 companies in India for developing. Result is that they don't even know to done HTML conversion from PSD

i have sent mail to him because i have sent money to his Paypal account ; of course he doesn't answer. I have found that he is working also in some energy company. Question: why he is working in other company when his developer company is one of top 3 Indian and they have 200 employed / HEHHEEHEHEH
