I've an extremely similar account. Purchased a pad from their store in September but requested the incorrect one. After I delivered an email, I acquired an answer stating that I had a need to produce their email and ship the component back again to them. I did so just as directed plus they actually recognized getting my component. I had been informed them could be prepared between 24-72 hours. Next, no email response, not really one to answer my phone. I believed they understood my telephone number and didn't wish to reply. I tried various telephones, however no solution. I settled 75$ for this pad but couldn't understand this store to deliver my purchase. Is there something I will do apart from confirming these criminals?
