Purchased item never shipped

I put an order to get a bumper on 09/19/09 from PartsUltimate.com and after many times of attempting to contact the organization, they've didn't deliver my purchase or provide me a reason why they've didn't achieve this. They happily charged my charge card 4 days after I put the order and that I have not noticed significantly from their store since. When I initially attempted to record into my consideration to monitor my order after fourteen days, my authorized password that I employed for the purchase, was suspended. After I experimented with triggered it many times, I had been never delivered any info. I named on numerous occasion and also the individual about the different aspect of the telephone reassured me my component would be shipped but never cared to defeat my title or purchase quantity and simply offered me the work arounds. I attempted their "friendly" online customer support online talk and was also informed the component could be delivered, but one weeks later, the component was still not delivered. I email them a few occasions, also it was not till 1 1/2 weeks following the proven fact that their "revenue supervisor" deliver me a contact declaring in my experience:

Hello Shirley,

I apologize for that misunderstanding, We believed you already understood the

Bumper we obtained in the remanufacturers arrived broken and we're waiting

To get a different one.

It's back-ordered, but we're approaching setting it up briefly.

The email seems really comforting, but from the next month, I still hadn't seen from their website. I tried contacting them again, but nobody appeared to understand who "ASH" was and was informed to contact 24 hours later. I e mailed them once more to put a termination on my purchase and today its been FOUR weeks and that I didnot obtain the PartI requested and that I didnot get my money returned POSSIBLY!!
