On the 9th November I purchased the Bitdefender Antivirus Plus software at Herman Street's on line store. I used my Mastercard and paid the full balance of $26.95.
After completing the order I received an email sent from an'unknown' email address. This is absolutely not the norm for any reputable online retailer. The email was the order confirmation but did not contain any links to download the software.
I sent an email on the same day to their support email address at [email protected]. I have not received any response to that email. I have not tried to contact Herman Street by phone because I am based in Australia and do not want to run up the charge for a long distance call to the US. This company also have an inactive Facebook page so the ability to contact this organisation is very limited.
This is a VERY bad online experience. A successful outcome to this situation would be a cancellation of the order and a full refund.
