I paid $89.87 to Fry's (way over list price because I needed a virus program) and the software would not install correctly. Bitdefender has NO support phone, no support email, no manual, no read-me. I could not contact Bitdefender. I took the software back and Fry's refused to accept a return. Fry's knows about it. Their pigeon-English salesman said "dis goo po yu PC".. They somehow received an excellent review of Cnet.com — so their credibility sucks too. Somebody at Cnet got paid a big bonus to write a glowing lie. This is worthless software that does NOT work and is not supported. It is basically THEFT. A classic example of criminal FRAUD. They are ripping off millions selling an nonworking software and laughing all the way to the bank
