Sent out laptop Lenovo Y450 to get DC jack repaired after paying $60 repair fee, plus $60 shipping to be told that in the process of repair technician damaged another part called the pc charging board which I then bought for another $60 including shipping. Finally replacing this part was futile as the motherboard was now damaged which renders my laptop useless. Please note this is a $1600 laptop which was shipped back to me with damaged cover and missing dvd player no refund was ever offered or implied. This is outrageous and cannot happen to another customer.
