Sent out laptop Lenovo Y450 to get DC jack repaired after paying $60 repair fee, plus $60 shipping to be told that in the process of repair technician damaged another part called the pc charging board which I then bought for another $60 including shipping. Finally replacing this part was futile as the motherboard was now damaged which renders my laptop useless. Please note this is a $1600 laptop which was shipped back to me with damaged cover and missing dvd player no refund was ever offered or implied.
