I called the helpdesk at night regarding a computer problem and all I got was someone who could barely talk English. The ebonics was so bad. She actually said she would "axe" me "sum-fin". She did not understand my problem at all. It's like she could not get me off the phone fast enough. She seemed to have an attitude, too. Is that what my tax dollars is paying for?
