OAKLAND COUNTY TREASURY and treasury director Mr Dohany requires double property taxation to homeowners owning mortgages to force the homeowners to pay additional funds to the county treasury as double / additional taxation whe property taxes are paid.
If you refuse to pay double the county treaury forces the
homeowner into a lawsuit at the homeowner expense hoping
the homeowner wil quit the legal battle when the money is
used up in court.
The treasury and treasurer Pat Dohany claim they have governmental immunity and cant be sued for any government wrongs done to homeowners.
The treasury will have there double taxation policy to continue double taxation to the homeowner until the wrong people are recalled from government vote of the people.
