Worst eve

I have had many company's for internet like AT&T, comcast, Verizon and dsl services, but never as worst as this. Verizon was amazing but a big price tag, comcast and att were good and didn't have much issuses, and dsl was allways good for slower speeds but this company just is bad, direct path says they offer cable broadband but i wouldn't call it that. I live in Allen tx and I live in really nice apartments but the management was Just Greedy and instead of picking a good provider like time Warner they went with direct path. I pay $55 a month for 6mbs down and that's a rip off in the first place, at my old apparment Verizon was charging me $65 a month for 20/20 and I got a avg of 15-18 mbs up and down. Direct path i get around. 5mbs to 2mbs and at best 3mbs. I have contacted them about it and they sent a tech out and he told mr it's just cause of the large amount of users, it was allright for a week, I was getting speeds good enough to pay my online games but then it started haveing issuses and going as slow as dial up, not cool. So I made a complaint to the main office and well this time a white guy was on phone with me and I could understand him and he knew what he was talking about, rather then the out sourceing they do for there main customer support. He told me the problem was my modem and it needed to be replaced so I said okay and they will send another tech next week which is there earliest time they can. I'm glad they contacted me about this but I'm still not happy about the service, if I had a chiose on the madder I would go back to Verizon fios, my ping was low and fast speeds for about the same price direct path is charging me but there ping is 200 and slow bi polar speeds.
