Sold me memory that they said ran stable at ddr333, and it wasn't even stable at ddr266. It wouldn't even boot at ddr333. Just FYI, ddr333 is actually 166mhz bus speed at double data rate.
I tried to call them about the issue, but then never answered their phones even ONCE! I left a message and my call was never returned. I called again, and tried to leave a message, but their voicemail said the mailbox was FULL!
I filled out an RMA form on their site, and did get a response via email with an RMA number after about a week. I sent the 256mb mem stick back, and 3 weeks later I recieved the same mem stick (or one exactly like it) that was just as unstable as the last stick.
I called again with no luck in reaching them. I sent them several emails on the subject, and stated that I wanted a refund as they could not provide me with the product that I paid for. I sent the mem stick back again. They partially refunded my account minus a 15% restocking fee! For a defective product!
I have believe this company actually makes it's profit by selling inadequate products and reaping the unjustified restock fee when it's sent back.
If I was smart, I would have just reversed the charge on my debit card. Unfortunately I didn't think of this until several months later, and it was too late.
