Ordered faux diamond earrings and handbag on 8-31. They showed the value of the earrings as $137.99. The handbag was valued at $79.99. Nomore rack price, $12.00 for earrings and 17.00 for handbag.
Placed order Aug 31. Received earrings 9/10. Cute, but no way the value is $137.99. Appear to be around the $20.00 value. I could live with these though.
Did not receive the handbag. Waited and waited, commented on their FB page. Someone told me the bag was coming from China and was in route. Waited some more and finally bag arrived on 9/24
Again, this was ordered 8/31. Opened package and immediately was hit with a strong chemical plastic smell. Took the bag out and could not believe it.
Material was thin and flimsy, looks like it will tear easily. Again, their value of the bag was $79.99. At best I would describe it as about one step over an item you would see at a flea market
I contacted Nomorerack and told them I was not happy, also told them I didn't see the point in returning item, it took so long to get that I was afraid I would never get refund if it was mailed back.
Customer service rep emailed and said to send it back and I could get a store credit... Umm, no thanks. I don't want anything else from them.
I am not a picky person but this place is ridiculous! The items you order are not the quality they claim it to be. I would have been horrified if I had sent this as a gift for someone!
Will never shop there again and would advise others from shopping there as well
