Autodebit my checking acct and they still send me a bill for more money Carol Stream Illinois

I have been being harrassed for a year now for non-payment of account on a home computer. They have been autodebiting my checking account each month and they still call each month telling me I am not making a payment to them. They have now turned me to collections.
