We received a cold call from Sponosred Linx telling us they could greatly increase our ROI for our ad-word campaign, the sales guy was nice went with us trough our google account, we told him our daily budget and off went and signed up.
Outcome:
- They increased our daily budget from to well over $50 without ever consulting us
- they created a campaign with 0 relevancy without consulting us or approving the keywords
- they tell you don't touch the account
- the campaigns with relevancy they worked on had a CPC of $240 per conversion for a product with a $20 profit per sale
- we spent over 3k for absolutely 0 improvement over when we run campaign with a 5th of the budget
- waiting for the refund of at least some of the funds
