I believe I have been dupped. Have read other complaints online here. This company promised to fix my computer but now having same prolem and when I cal them. They say they are returning my call but dont

Having read the other compliants here on line. Mine are similar. They told me they were fixing my issues. The technician had access to my computer and they showed me hundereds of errors (whcih was a fax report)
I am concerned ecause now they have access to my computer

I am still having an issue the next day. I called them and they said they would be calling me back but no one has called.

Others should be aware of this company. I promised to send them a check in 5 days but I will not send now. Luckily they didnt ask for my credit card info
