Avoid! They are THIEVES! When I signed up for service, they told me there would be a $40 restocking fee if I cancel my service before the contract is up. When I cancelled my service after several months of HORRIBLE SERVICE and NO CONNECTIVITY, they said it would cost $80 - which included the $40 restocking fee PLUS an additional $40 early termination fee. They said nothing of this extra charge when I signed up. They are LIARS and SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT sign any contract with them! They will lie to you, overcharge you and rob you. If you need to call customer service, they send the call to India and you'll have to speak to a representative who barely speaks English. There was no responsibility on the part of the local customer service number of the branch I purchased from. This is a terrible company.internet service is unpredictable, unreliable and spotty, and customer service is awful. THEY WILL ROB YOU! Avoid the headache - get your internet service somewhere else!
