Respondent registered the infringing " aol. Tv " domain name with a bad faith intent to profit from the confusion that would be generated from this domain. You have 20 days to respond 10/7 due date.
Other Legal Proceedings: No other legal proceedings have been commenced or terminated between the registrant and America Online in connection with or relating to any of the domain name (s) that are the subject of complaint. America Online did previously pre-vail in a UDRP concerning the same domain name " aol. Tv ". However, the domain name " aol. Tv " was inadvertently released by America Online's Web hosting company.
I did not register (respondent's domain " aol. Tv ") for this reason I am being accused of. I registered this name for my family's future and other families future, because I like helping people.
I also registered " aol. Tv " because it was available when I searched at the ". Tv " website. Why and how, if America Online did this before, why didn't they register "aol. Tv". Tv names you can forward domains with stay. I previously had the domain name forwarded to different America Online sites but the "aol. Tv" domain stay would be knocked off and then be sent to "This site only for America Online Paying Service Customers".
So I changed it and like the way it works now.
Another reason was the possibility of a mutual agreement between the parties, joint venture agreement possibilities or etc..
Another reason is "I admit" I have been a long time America Online Customer, and yes there were times I got upset with the customer service but were still at the beginning of all this and I do see America Online as an important role as we go into the future.
