I've been a good Time Warner customer for many many years, but they keep sending me advertisements for deals that they wont give me because I'm an existing customer. I just added their phone service 2 weeks ago and now I'm getting advertisements for a cheaper deal that they can't give me. Why do THEY WASTE MY MONEY BY SENDING ME USELESS ADVERTISEMENTS? Why don't they already KNOW that I'M AN EXISTING CUSTOMER, and stop slapping me in the face with deals I can't get? I'm thinking about switching to AT&T for a better deal, and more customer respect.
