Worst place to work for, too many jealous a*holes working there. All the Project Managers want to work on projects by themselves and WILL NOT help new architects in training. There are too many employees who don't know how to use CAD software. When Project Managers makes drawing errors they will purposely try to put the blames on new employees for any mistakes that they made because they dont want to fix their mistakes or they are told by the principles to get rid of the new employee to stress them out or make them quit so that they can rehire new employees. Project Managers will not take responsibilities of the mess that they created, and will turn around and say it was someone else who worked their projects.
The company keeps laying off people saying that we have to make cuts. They turn around and hired 2 part-time people in the same position or temporaries. Sometimes they just re-word the title and job duties wait a month or so and re-list the job. They are always hiring and laying off people for cheaper labor.
