This company will do anything to make a buck. We bought an HD TV which requires us to upgrade our regular box to the HD one. All we want is HD but we are forced to purchase the DVR with it bc of our apartment complex. So that's an extra $7 a month for service we don't want. Then, when we told them about the internet going in and out and having to constantly reset the router, they said that if it's "our fault" they'd charge us $65 to diagnose it! How stupid. The guy was already going to be here to install the new HD receiver... Why can't he just look at the internet cable to make sure it's ok without having to charge us. This company is a joke and I'm hoping they go out of business. No apartment should require their tenants to use one particular provider.
