Traffic Bot X swindled me out of $197 for a product that never worked, I requested a refund many times and never received a communication from them

Gentlemen:

I did business with a company called Traffic Bot X on the internet on 8/16 http://trafficbotx.com / http://cmhelpdesk. Zendesk.com/tickets/2356, and spent $197.00 for a web based traffic delivering software system and the product never worked. Their email is [email protected] Ive sent numerous emails and support tickets to the company informing them that the product doesnt work and demanded a refund. Ive received automatic confirmations to the emails and support tickets stating that my inquiry has been received. Ive never received a communication from an actual person and, of course, never received my $197.00 back. I asked the company numerous times to credit the amount back to my Master Card. Traffic Bot X is a fraudulent company and it is swindling people out of their money. I am one of their victims
and have lost $197.00 as a result.
