Two toothbrush sets were ordered on Nov 19th and were paid in full via credit card. I'm still waiting for delivery. My last contact with the company via phone was in mid December '01 wherein I was promised that they would arrive on Dec 24th, '01. The customer service line is a joke. It is a recorded message stating how busy they are and the best times to call them. There is no right time to call because you will always get the same recorded message. Repeated "contact notices" on their web site have been ignored. I paid them $164.55 and have received nothing. This company takes your money and then ignores you. Perhaps a class action lawsuit will wake them up.
