Ordered Cybersonic Toothbrush over internet in June, -01 — loved it.
Also signed up for automatic toothbrush and toothwhitening to be shipped every 90 days for an automatic charge to my Visa
WRONG

The charge was made in October of $14.60 and nothing EVER CAME.

A call each month for four months to the 1-800-770-7525 # brought people who seemed to care, made promises to send the stuff and then didn't.

January 10 I sent a letter to Michael (Customer Service under Jorges) extension 267 who had promised me that he would take care of it. Along with the letter I sent back the whole unit since I didn't have equipment to work with — no brush heads any more.

I wanted credit for the $14.60 and for returning the Cybersonic. What good is an excellent toothbrush if it doesn't have part. I have not received and credit (s) nor word nor anything.

Would like to tell Robert Urich that he's working with a nasty company! Can't seem to find a way to contact him.
