Wow, honestly, what an experience.
My company was happy to use Dave Lazar's "Meta Tagger" for months at a low price, and we were pretty content with the results.
However, then our platform, Shopify, notified us that Dave had been overcharging us.
Ripping off customers is one thing... But then there's the customer service... And I quote:
"I can only choose not to care", "Please try harder next time to be normal" and "when you write e-mails to complain about perceived problems" (perceived?!?! He took our money without a service rendered!!!") and, again, "thanks for the memories."
I have never been so insulted while working with an online service provider in my life.
I do NOT recommend working with this guy. Sheesh. Good riddance!
