Bought & paid for a Sterilight S12Q-PA Water treatment system. Bought on Ebay at fixyurwater. Auction states UPS Insurance included. Arrived with a bad bulb, called & Dave had me call Sterilight to fix problem. They told me to call Dave (Their rep. For company). Dave informed me that they were sending me a new bulb, waited for 2 weeks & new bulb arrives broke in half. Called Dave & he told me I was going to have to deal with UPS. Great deal for fixyurwater & Dave, bad deal for me. Dave more or less told me to piss up a rope. He did all he could. Go to Ebay auction number 4405168159 & read the add. Says wants every customer to be happy & will do anything to make them happy. What a crock! More like buy my product, pay me the money & good luck sucker your on your own. Watch yourself with this company. There are many other places to buy these water systems, I just picked a bad one buy from first time out. Thanks & be careful.
