Hewlett Packard refused to contact me or help me with a serious problem Philadelphia

I have had an ongoing problem with trying to switch servers on the internet. I have been trying, with no luck, to contact Hewlitt Packard about helping me with an error 630 that keeps popping up whenever I try to switch to another server.

I was told to get hold of tech support, yeah right, try to get ahold of anybody that will help you. All I want to do is to go to another server, and I don't think asking what kind of hardware I need is asking too much, especially if I have to pay for it. At one time, I was told, that to talk to a tech support, I would have to pay so many dollars a minute? / What is that? I don't want to waste money on a deal that promises nothing. Is there any help for me out there?
