Had my internet changed over to 10 dsl and it wasnt 10 so i called and it got better but never 10 then it got worse again averaged like 3 to 4 or less so called at least 2 more times finally im moving so decided to cancel the teribble service (gave them bad review on survey too) then the manager said i never called them at all so he said couldnt waive the $200. Fee for disconecting the terrible service.
He said i was a lier and that i never called at all and i have emails and also a survey i filled out for the tec support. Apparently my phone calls were not written down. I figured to make them sound like they have no problems
