On August 5, http://daylightwebsites.com and Tim Twinam were ordered to pay eMerges.com $2,5000.00 plus court costs for breach of contract in an affidavit judgement in favor of eMerges.com

The District Court of Maryland ruled that Tim Twinam and daylightwebsites had cashed eMerges $2,500.000 good faith deposit check yet never delivered the Word Press web site as Twinam had been contracted to do.

Twinam was ordered to repay the $2,500.00 PLUS Costs. Maryland Circuit Court Case 0707-0002293.

Twinam had agreed to complete the Word Press project in 14 days however as soon as eMerges check cleared the bank, Twinam started reporting debilitating illness requiring lengthy bed rest despite online indications that Twinam was at the same time still actively posting on his religious cult blog Peebs.net.
