I purchased a Dell Latitude c540 1.7 / 512 / dvdrw / wifi 14" / ac laptop from Advantage Computers, Inc. On June 22, after seeing their website. My purchase was made over the phone.
Right from the beginning the laptop was not functioning properly. It wouldn't charge or keep a charge, freezes up, just turns off automatically at any point, sometimes won't turn back on, flashes on and off different screens then what you are on, loses data constantly, won't open most documents or websites, can't even get online most times. Everytime you turn on you have to go through set up menu because it doesn't register that you have done this a million times already.
Most functions you try to do it won't do, like simple typing commands or getting the mouse key to work.
I have called them daily, several times a day in fact, from the beginning once I received this computer thinking that they would stand behind their product and either refund me or give me a functioning product. Neither has happened because they won't answer their phone now that they have my money.
