I received a bill from One Web Direct Billing stating I made a call to the UK on 9/5/04 at 9:55 PM for 6 min. It states that the charges are for an entertainment fee to access pay-per-view websites. Plus there will be an extra $1.99 per minute fee added to my phone bill. I was in bed at 9:55 PM and I did not make this call or use my computer. The statement also says if this bill is not paid by 10/2/04 I will have a $4.95 late fee. I have no intention on paying this bill. These people need to be stopped.
