After hours of trying to actually talk to someone we ended up in a ridiculous runaround to resolve a simple problem which is still not resolved because the one department we were told can fix it is only open during certain hours! This after four hours of calls, transfers that went to busy signals so we had to start all over again and so on. When we got to real people they had to re-re-research the same thing over again and couldn't answer questions so they had to transfer us back into on-hold-hell and then we'd get to talk to yet another person who had to look into it again.
We got three different stories about why the site was down none of which were accurate. Then someone decided we had to talk to another department but interestingly enough they were closed by then and wouldn't open until 8:00 pacific time. How convenient. Our site has been down now for over 24 hours because they don't give a damn about paying customers once they have them. The only phone number that we could actually get someone was guess what - the SALES department. Sure, they have enough people trying to get new customers but not enough people to handle what they have.
