This is so true grant one day which you might get one if you don't go through this scam!!! Just to let people know there business hours are not 7-4 pacific time... They are open all the time. If you call and it says they are not open don't hang up, it will transfer over and a human will answer the phone so don't take it that they are only open during those hours they are open on the weekends also.
