Never wanted this service but, was free first year with the purchase of a new vehicle. Tried to cancelled the second year but, offered reduced rate with no automatic renewal. I accepted with the recorded promise not to automatically renew. The next year sold vehicle and called to cancel. I wrote a check for the renewal in Oct and my wife paid for the renewal too because we were in the process of relocation. I have now received collection notice with no past due notice at all... Really... And now its been reported to the collection agency... Unfair practice and should not be allowed... Help with this matter.
