I have been a loyal customer of River City Internet Group or Hostirian for over a year. Although they have affordable services that are somewhat reliable (three outage that lasted over 4 hours in one year) these guys really dont care about customers, only your money. Tech support considerably takes way too long to answer tickets and always over looks the details.
The worst part about this company is that they have major communication issues with this billing department. They have twice tried to run my credit card causing according to my bank a fraud alert to pop up. When this happens your bank temporally blocks your card, when the payment fails river city internet group shuts down your server without even an email! Furthermore I was told "we dont have time to contact people about billing information".
Dont use these guys, there are tons of other great hosting companies that value your business and will communicate and offer quality support.
