I ordered on March 30th an ePad -Android 2.2 Tablet with 8inch Touchscreen WIFI 3G Capability for my 1 year daughter so we can use together. I received it and initially the Tablet seemed it had bugs, would not navigate well and difficult to download videos. I became overwhelmed with work and was not able to use it with my daughter for over a month and when I did I saw that it had major defective issues, would turn off by itself, would not let certain software be downloaded for viewing videos, patchy screen, etc.
When I tried explaining to Lightin The Box.com Rep what had transpired she just simply stated that I had missed my opportunity to ask for a refund. Then I stated I was going to file a complaint and she began negotiating my refund and went from 10% to a 30% refund. I understood I had missed the refund deadline, however, I was upset because I had recommended to my sister to purchase the same product for her one-year daughter AND she had the same problems as I did. I believe that Lightin the Box should sample test the products they place on their website and make sure that they are not marketing Defective Junk. I would ask anybody who plans on buying through this website to think twice. Would not buy again and not recommend to anyone to go thru Lightin The Box.com
