Cancelled Wedding Dress Order But Still Charged Delivery Fee

I ordered a dress to go to a wedding on the above site it says 10 - 15 days when I realised the dress would not get here on time i tried to cancel I was told I would get a refund of £7.00 just for the material so I allowed the delivery only to find out I had to pay £26.00 delivery charge.
