Tried to obtain a "return authorization number" per the instructions on the sales receipt. Called the customer service number, per the instructions. Customer service claimed all sales were busy, took my number, to call back.
Called the following day, was told this was the wrong number for small engine repair. Asked for the correct number... Customer service said they did not have one... Then I asked to speak to the CEO (john cumberland... Was told they did not have his number... Asked... What am I susposed to do... Customer service stated "I don't no". Advised her that I am going to call BBB...
