I ordered 1 million SWTOR credits to try this website out for other games. This site is the worst experience I have ever had with game related purchases. They are a bunch of dishonest scumbags with horrible customer service. I contacted them the day after my order and Anna told me I would have to wait 2 days for a refund if they did not deliver. Two days went by and I used their 24/7 chat and talked to the same lady. After sitting on the chat for a *hour* having to check to make sure she was still there every 5 minutes or so she finally told me she would have to wait for a manager the next day.
I said okay and started another chat the next evening to see if my refund had been completed. After another set of extremely long pauses and no answers, Anna told me I would have to wait 72 more hours to see if they could get the money yet. I said that was unacceptable and they stopped replying. I have now waited the 72 hours and when I opened up chat this morning to talk to "Vladimir" they immediately disconnected after finding out who I was and now the online chat is conveniently "offline". I am submitted chat logs and my information to their domain holder and their registrar. I encourage all complaints to be filed this way so that this crappy excuse for a company gets what they deserve. Do NOT buy from this website! You have been warned.
