Date.com renewed my subscription and I called 5 minutes afterward to cancel and refund. The person I spoke with advised me there is a no refund policy. I have worked in class action services for years. Masonite, Georgia Pacific, Abtco all had the same "can't touch me view." They were mistaken. I am preparing to elevate this to the next level and begin the petitioning process for class action litigation. I will be researching this and contacting anyone who has had a problem with this service to encompass all problems with this company and services.
