DFX is sold a a sound enhancer which works intermittently. Customers service and tech-support will not replay when their product is dysfunctional. It will work on some programs like Windows Media Player but not on other advertized products like Pandora Music. It has worked before but now it is not operable at all. One, and only one time, it took them 2 months to respond to an email requesting help; 3 other times there was no response at all.
