I purchased a product that clearly indicated that both practice tests and a testing engine would be included. After completing my purchase, the website provided a broken link to download the products. When I emailed to inquire about my download, I received a response with a PDF file attached. This message indicated that the testing engine would be sent "shortly"; however, it was not and further emails were ignored. There is no telephone number for customer support. This purchase was completed using PayPal, but as a "virtual" product, it is not covered by PayPal buyer protection. This company is to be avoided.
