Failure to pay for account or reply to emails

I'm writing this report to help others not fall for the same trap/scam that I fell for by dealing with and trusting gametag.com

I have attempted to sell them my SWTOR account and followed their instructions to the letter. After first submitting my account and receiving the offer for my account I read up on websites such as this one to find out if they could be trusted. The underlying message seemed to be that they were extremely slow to deal with and even frustrating at times but in the end it would seem that although they would use a bait and switch (offer you a lot for your account, then low ball you weeks later) that people were in fact getting paid.

Well I begun to deal with this company in April, their so called live agent available 24/7 has yet to ever be online, and all attempts to email them have been returned with automated responses. Some weeks later I received 2 emails in the same day, one asking me for my banking information so they could make the payment and one asking for more details they required about the account. They then proceeded to take possession of the account and changed the log in details. Apparently my account was assigned to a Miss Sara McConnell, Submission Support: Agent X

Patiently waiting for an update I made several attempts to contact gametag for some type of update on the account. This attempts were in vain as I would consistently only receive the automated replies.

You can log in to the gametag website and do an order tracking, but my order status remains at 'assigned to agent'.

I decided to just be patient at the time and see if this slow moving company was legit. Unfortunately it has now been a couple months, my order status has yet to be updated or payment processed even tho they took possession of my account back in April.

I would love to believe that my account just somehow slipped the cracks and they will rectify this, but I'm afraid that this is all in vain and I have been scammed out of my account and credits.

You may also note, when they invite you to their Facebook page that although you can see posts on the wall from customers requesting account updates and getting their issues resolved that if you try to make a similar post it will not show up on their wall.

This all just looks like an elaborate hoax.
