After 10 years of service, I pay about $16.95 a month for a hosted email exchange - Microsoft Outlook.
Now they want $20 bucks a month additional for "premium Service".
Their reply to my request to lower costs, is cut and pasted below.

I understand you are concerned about the Premium Support Program. However, this is now our corporate policy to ensure we continue to provide a premium service and is being applied to all customers - our Billing Department does not have the authority to eliminate or reduce the cost of the service. There are no other support plans or prices.

I want to lower my support price. What options do you have. Seems silly to pay $20 bucks a month, more than the actual cost of hosting.
